Splendid "bourgeois" property steeped in history overlooking the sublime "Val Lamartinien" (facing the sumptuous Solutré massif) and the picturesque village of Berzé-le-Châtel & its famous medieval fortress of the 10th century (visible in the background), a jewel heritage of Burgundy (sumptuous castle with fourteen towers, a Carolingian chapel and several "French" & "English" gardens).
