The villa located on the "gated" residential resort Jan Sofat is elevated and is very "well on the wind". It has a large tropical garden (1200m2), large driveway with Kingpalms and automatic entrance leading to the double garage and the entrance. The entrance hall and the entire house are in Spanish imported terracotta tiles. The property has 3 levels and is completely walled in for privacy.
In the entrance hall we reach level -1. Here we find the master bedroom 1 and 2 bedrooms. From the hall you reach level 0, where the living room, the spacious luxury kitchen and the porch (45m2) with a terrace (2x7m) at the front with a beautiful panoramic view of the "Spanish Water" are located. At the front there is a terrace with round table for 4 people on the ground floor and at the rear is a 3rd terrace (3x9m) with wooden table for 4 to 6 people and a "Weber" barbeque.
From the front and back terrace you can go via a staircase to the lower pool of 7.5x4.5m (depth 1.10m to 1.90m) with large pool deck (45m2) in “limestone” which does not heat up in the sun. A palapa (2.5x5m) with sofa provides shade if you wish. All equipped with new sun beds.
At level 0 we find the living space, kitchen and the porch. The completely new kitchen with “zelliges” imported from Morocco is equipped with Miele dishwasher and combi oven, Siemens induction hob with vari zone, American fridge with ice dispenser and cooled water, Senseo, Nespresso, coffee maker, toaster, blender and kettle. The living room has a dining table at the kitchen and coffee table with wooden seats and bookcase with all kinds of reading material. Through the double door we enter the porch (45m2) with beautiful "old teak" dining table for 8 people to have a nice breakfast and / or dinner. Furthermore, the TV seating area with 65inch smart TV with fiber optic cable connection with Netflix, high-end Marantz surround system and 6 high-end sound boxes from B & W. Here you have a beautiful panorama of the resort, the Spanish Water and a view of the swimming pool through the shutter windows but especially from the terrace. On the terrace you can also dine with 2 people at a typical Moroccan table and settle down in a 3 person sitting room.
On level -1 is the spacious entrance hall where the master bedroom 1 (Auping bed 1.80 x 2.00 m) with en suite dressing room and bathroom (shower and double sinks) (together 45 m 2) open up as well as 2 bedrooms (17 m 2) with double bed that a share bathroom.
At level +1 there is the master bedroom 2 (Auping bed 1.80 x 2.00 m), en suite dressing room and bathroom with walk-in rain shower (together 50 m2)
Behind the garage is the separate laundry room (3x3m) with washing machine.
The house of 320m2 is equipped with alarm, safe (2x), internet (wifi), air conditioning in all 4 bedrooms. Downstairs, at street level there is extra covered space for 2 cars accessible via manual double gate. The garden is mature with cacti, bananas, mango and other native plants and trees. The garden is equipped with a deep well with automatic drip system. The garden is attractively lit in the evenings.
