Positive: The living room and bedroom are cozy and chic, you have what you need throughout your stay. The host is responsive and accommodating.
Negative: The place does not have central heating and is not properly insulated. It is an old building which was renovated with amateur efforts. In each room there is a different type electric heater which you have to figure out. Bathroom and entrance is cold at all times and you warm the bathroom up with another electric heater to a degree that you can take a decent shower. The stairs in the apartment are uneven and have sharp edges. You have to be super careful and not at all suitable for those with limited mobility. The freezer was completely full and fridge was full with half empty jars, juice bottles. We found this awkward.
