Superb address in the heart of the village of Aillon-le-Vieux, this old barn, completely renovated and enlarged, has been transformed into a spacious village house with a chalet atmosphere, all decorated in wood. Tastefully furnished, nothing is missing for a relaxing stay and reunions with family (baby beds) or friends. You can enjoy its covered and furnished terrace, its equipment such as table football, billiards, darts, elliptical bikes, or the games room specially designed for teenagers and children.

On the ground floor: garage, entrance with billiards, laundry room, ski room. On the 1st floor: large living room with lounge/table football area, dining room area opening onto a large sheltered balcony-terrace of 20 m², and kitchen area, toilet, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200cm) with private bathroom (balneo shower). On the 2nd floor: 4 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200 cm + 1 child's bed 70x140 cm / 1 double bed 160x200 cm / 1 double bed 160x200 cm + 1 baby bed 60x120 cm and changing table / 1 double bed 160x200 cm + 2 single beds 90x200 cm), bathroom (bath + shower), separate toilet, passageway with elliptical bikes and fitness accessories. On the 3rd floor (under the roof, 60 m² on the ground / 14 m² Carrez law): children's playroom and teenagers' relaxation area.
