Welcome to Leonardo Arms unit 101 your impressive address in paradise that has recently been completely remodeled and updated. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath corner beach-front condo with decor which is more traditional, yet earth and beach colors and textures evoking a Relax and Unwind serene environment. There are luggage carts available at ground level to make your arrival and settling in a breeze. There is a one month minimum stay. Amenities at the resort include one covered parking space and ample guest parking, a very nice garden area with large pool overlooking the Gulf, gas grills with outside dining area, and shuffleboard courts, all literally just steps to the beach where miles of secluded white sugar sand beach awaits. There is a Trolley stop along the boulevard where you can climb aboard and go either up or down the entire island. Santini Marina Plaza is just across the boulevard touting numerous restaurants and shops, and behind that on the bay is Fishtail Marina with its own restaurant, boat charters, rentals and docks. Taking the Trolley north takes you to the bustling Times Square area with its myriad of shops, restaurants, and night life. To the south one can visit Lover's Key State Park, a natural Florida environment with natural beaches and tropical foliage. Bird lovers will enjoy the wide variety of colorful birds. If you intend to visit some of the surrounding attractions of Southwest Florida, this location also provides the choice of exiting the area via the less traffic congested Bonita Springs rather than the northern route through Fort Myers Beach.
Upon entering your condo on the first floor, at once you are drawn to the outstanding panoramic water views of the Gulf of Mexico. It is a two bedroom, two bath condo, with kitchen, living room/dining area, and lanai overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. There is wood plank-look porcelain tile flooring throughout.
Entry from the open air hallway is into a foyer/hallway, and then before you is the bright and airy kitchen and living/dining area with balcony. First stop, however, immediately on the right after entry is the guest bedroom, furnished with two single beds, double dresser and wall-hung lamps. A window in the bedroom overlooks the front of the resort. There is a corner chair, a walk-in closet/laundry area, and then the en suite bathroom with quartz-top vanity and lavatory with wall mirror, commode, recessed lighting, and very nicely tiled shower with corner shelves and sliding glass doors.
Returning to the hallway/foyer, the chef's delight kitchen is on the left. There is plenty of Silestone quartz-top counter space with tile backsplash, plenty of cabinets, and all the necessary items to make a full course meal should you so desire. There is recessed lighting in the kitchen and over the quartz-top kitchen island, as well as under-counter lighting. There are two windows, one overlooking the front of the resort and the other looking out to the side. Appliances are all stainless steel and include a glass-top in-counter range and below counter level self-cleaning oven, a built-in above range microwave oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer with side by side doors. There is a stainless steel sink with disposal.
Leaving the kitchen one enters the dining area, furnished with a glass-top table with four upholstered chairs, a buffet table, and sliding glass doors out to a small open balcony overlooking lush tropical gardens and seating area, as well as access path to the beach.
The adjacent living area is furnished with sofa and love seat, end tables and lamps on an area rug. For your viewing pleasure there is a large wall-mounted flat screen TV. There are sliding glass doors from the living area to the furnished corner balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, and a glance to the right shows the famous Sanibel Island on the horizon. There is a round, wicker glass-top table with four chairs and a ceiling fan.
Back into the living area and then to the left is the master bedroom with en suite bath. The dressing area with walk-in closet and bath are to the right. There is recessed lighting and a quartz-top vanity and lavatory and full wall mirror, linen closet on the right of the vanity, then to the left of the vanity is a commode and very nicely tiled walk-in shower with 5-head electronic shower, corner shelves, and sliding glass doors.
Returning to the bedroom, furnishings include a king-size bed, night stands and lamps, a triple dresser with mirror, and a corner upholstered chair. On a credenza is a large flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. The bedroom has two windows, one looking straight out to the beach and Gulf, and the other looks onto the balcony.
The island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing. Water activities abound. There's parasailing, jet ski rentals, fishing charters to name a few. Your stay at Leonardo Arms will definitely provide the potential for an unforgettable getaway!
