Positive: Nice central location. Off-street parking.
Negative: I wasn't expecting the room to be so small. The overhead light in the room didn't have a cover, so the bulb was exposed, and quite bright. Also, there was only 1 bedside lamp. The tea bags were stale. The carpets could have been cleaner. The mattress was old - I could feel the springs when I turned over.
Summary: Not the best value for money. The room I stayed in desperately needs an upgrade at this price.
