Long Description
Lemonade Stand is a great house for a gathering--right across from the beach, with large gathering areas, lots of private bedrooms, and a 20'x30' private pool with the option to heat (pool heat is available for $50/day). It is even pet-friendly with a maximum of 2 dogs.
Lemonade Stand has a total of 13 spacious bedrooms, 12 full baths and works beautifully as one large house. The east side has a large living room with abundant seating, the west is a large dining area with 3 large dining tables. The side by side kitchens allow you to cook or serve from either side, or both and together offer 2 refrigerators, 2 beverage coolers, 2 undercounter ice machines, 2 double ovens and a total of 4 dishwashers. The house also has 4 sets of washers and dryers for all of the laundry your large family or travel team may produce.
Of the 13 bedrooms, 11 have King beds, 2 have Queens. The virtual tour shows photos and details which of the bedrooms include a twin daybed or daybed and trundle. 12 of the bedrooms have adjoining baths, the 13th has a hall bath right next door. 10 bedrooms have private balconies overlooking either the Gulf or the pool & Little Lagoon beyond. Each has a TV.
The large private pool comes complete with lots of lounge chairs and can be heated for $50/day. There is a expansive covered gathering space with grills, four 12' picnic tables and plenty of shade for relaxing and outdoor dining. There is also a large open deck overlooking the pool with more outdoor dining space. You'll also have sand chairs and wagons to take your gear to the beach. Beach access is at the end of each block along West Beach Blvd.
Lemonade Stand is located in family-friendly West Beach, 2 miles west of Hwy 59. Away from condos & crowds, the house is still quite close to restaurants, shops & attractions and just a half block from Waves Market and Beach House Kitchen & Cocktails (our fave local restaurant and drinkery).
The First Floor includes a total of 5 Bedrooms, 4 Baths, a Family Room and 2 Laundries. The bedrooms include 2 King Bedrooms overlooking the pool; 2 beachview bedrooms, both with a King and Daybed and Trundle (2 twins). On the east side in the middle you'll find a King Bedroom, on the west, a family room gathering space.
The Middle Floor has a large living and a dining area, with kitchen areas at the north end of each so you can easily prep or serve from either. There are two large openings so the space flows easily from side to side. There are also two King bedrooms on this floor, overlooking the pool with views to Little Lagoon beyond, and two powder rooms.
The Top Floor has 6 bedrooms including 2 King Bedrooms overlooking the pool, each with a daybed; 2 King Bedrooms facing the beach, each also has a Twin Daybed and Twin Trundle; and 2 Queen bedrooms in the middle. Each has a private bath. There are 2 laundries on this floor as well.
Sorry, we are not able to rent to groups under age 25 without a faculty advisor. We welcome school and church groups.

1)From Highway 59 traveling South, you will cross the bridge at the Intercoastal Waterway and continue approximately 1.5 miles until Hwy 59 deadends at Beach Boulevard (This is locally known as "the T").

2)Turn right (west) on Beach Boulevard. You will want to be in the left lane heading west as the road will narrow to two lanes as you move beyond the condo area.

3)We are on the north (right) side of the street approximately 2.1 miles west of the T, about halfway between 11th and 12th Streets. Our house is a bright yellow 3 story with black railings.

4)It is approximately 1.8 miles from the T, to Lemonade Stand.
