Positive: Location was great and the apartment was good, however, we were forced to move into a smaller, worse apartment without a city view (which we paid for) on day 3 ( the day we got out of hospital!!) without any explanation even though I had booked this apartment 6 months prior. I booked the apartment for 11 days and we only were in it for 3 nights. They then amended booking.com to suit themselves for our booking from 11 days to 3. Would not deal with these people again. Dishonest and lack integrity.
Negative: We were forced to move apartments and when I said that I wasn't happy, the host Phi just said if I didn't like it they could refund my money and I could find somewhere else-the day before Lunar New Year! We had just got out of hospital and were made to move. Absolutely disgraceful way to treat paying customers. This ruined our trip and was very upsetting. The apartments were not alike. I have never been treated like this before. I booked this apartment for 11 days and only got to stay 3. Don't use these people as they have no respect for their customers. This is in addition to telling me less than 1 week before our arrival that they had family in the apartment and wanted to move us elsewhere about another 15 minutes away-I said no as i had chosen this apartment as it was walking distance to our friend and the hospital that we were going to. And then they did this to us anyway.
