Positive: Quiet location and close to everything.
Negative: Just the first floor smelled terrible very unpleasant for the two that had to sleep down there. Also the split units stopped working so it got very hot inside. The tv remote was missing from the first floor. Not a big deal but my Mother was upset.
Summary: It was lovely very clean inside excefor the first floor the smell was musty and damp
