Family friendly 4Br, 2Ba on 2 acres comfortable home - Kick back in the country! Let daily cares melt away in this quiet home that s minutes from everything. Roam the 2 acre property or hike, bike or just enjoy the outdoors in the backyard or nearby parks. Cozy up to the double sided fireplace or catch the game on the 49" smart TV! Step onto the porch - most nights you will hear owls and other wildlife. Reflect in quiet solitude.
The whole house is yours - 4 BR, 2 BA, 2 living areas and double sided fireplace and lots of room to roam outdoors so you can be together or find your own cozy nook. Full kitchen with gas oven, microwave and essential cooking gear in case you want to pop in a pizza or are inspired to create a feast! The backyard BBQ just needs charcoal and your special sauce. Garage stores a seldom used truck. There's a guest house about 20 yards behind the house that is occasionally occupied.
Casual, gracious country spot to just relax, cozy up with a book on a sunny garden bench or in front of the fire place. Recharge your soul, break up a hectic holiday, or share a special weekend with family and friends. Wide open spaces let you unwind, but you are just minutes away from a huge menu of restaurants and activities.
Uber and Lyft are available. Plenty of parking is available on the property. Several grocery stores and restaurants within 2.5 miles. Instacart available for grocery delivery, Grubhub and others deliver food to your door.
Our small town is regularly in the top three cities to live in the DFW metro area. It s a safe, quiet neighborhood where you will hear owls and coyotes nearly every night. See the stars, hear the frogs in spring or crackling leaves under foot in autumn. It s a great place to just slow down and hear the quiet.
We can accommodate 11 guests but the base rate is for the first four guests. There is a small additional fee for additional guests. If you are new to short term rentals, this is pretty standard. Because rates fluctuate based on time of year and number of guests, please enter your dates and number of guests to get an accurate rate. We do have cameras outside the home for the protection of homeowner and guests.
