With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms the home comfortably sleeps 6 guests. There is a large open plan living area which opens onto a spacious raised balcony that overlooks the peppi trees - sit back & relax and enjoy your beachside holiday down south in Gnarabup.
The Space
Leeuwin Rise is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom beach side holiday house in Gnarabup, just 2mins to Gnarabup Beach and 12mins drive from Margaret River. The house sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed with ensuite, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a double bed.
The home is fully self contained and offers a full kitchen, washing machine, reverse cycle air-conditioner to the living area (heating/cooling), an open plan living area and spacious balcony with BBQ.
Other things to note
Spa: Please note that the outdoor SPA on the balcony (which can be seen in some photos) is not functional and NOT FOR GUESTS USE.
No Pets: sorry, strictly no pets.
Linen: linen is included in your stay. You will be asked via our online software (Duve) which beds you would like made up with linen. Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your stay so we can make up the beds with fresh linen for your arrival.
