This 800 sq ft corporate apartment on our 26-acre Ashburn-Leesburg family farm is central to everywhere. We are at Exit 3/Shreve Mill RD on Route 267/Dulles Toll Road, 2 miles from Brambleton Town Center, 6 miles south of the Town of Leesburg, 16 min to Dulles Airport, and 8 miles to the Metro. Explore Virginia's wine country, shop at Leesburg Outlets, commute to work in Reston/Herndon/Ashburn/Sterling/Chantilly, or just relax around the fire pit!
The walk-out basement apartment boasts a living room, a bedroom, and an over-sized full eat-in kitchen. The bedroom is outfitted with a queen-sized bed, and the living room is outfitted with a queen sleeper sofa.
Just bring your suitcase and food! We supply towels and sheets. The kitchen is stocked with all the kitchenwares you could need. We also stock condiments (catsup, jam, & mayo), paper products (tp & paper towels), customary spices (basil & parsley), cleaning products (detergent & dish soap), and soap and shampoo.
We have an office station set up in the living room for our business clients with a printer, FIOS, and basic office supplies.
The laundry is shared with our family upstairs (outside mudroom entrance).
