Leeward Key 505 is a 2BR/2BA condo with beautiful views of the Emerald Green waters and sugar white sands in the Miramar Beach area of Destin, FL! King bed in the master overlooks the Gulf of Mexico with queen bed in the guest bedroom, plus fully equipped kitchen and 2 full baths. A washer and dryer is a great addition to any vacation rental.
The resort is located in a low density area, and is a twelve floor - condominium resort. It has an exercise room, as well as, area to purchase snacks and rent movies. There is plenty of parking for your added convenience. This unit is located on the 5th floor and has an exceptional Gulf view.
Enjoy your private beach access and private balcony with a choice of two pools with restroom facilities. The beach front pool can be seen from our balcony! A second pool is behind the resort near the grill area. The Gulf view can be seen from the moment you walk through the door. Great views from the living room, dining area, kitchen and Master bedroom. Wake up and enjoy your view of the Gulf of Mexico!
