Positive: The location in a lovely beachside small village
Negative: No privacy outdoors. Unfortunately we had smoking neighbours right next to us (behind the trellies on the balcony) and all tenants are tresspassing over the balconies to reach their appartements. In that sense the price is a bit high but the rest is otherwise very nice.
