Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (30 nights minimum).
The accommodation is composed as follows:

- A convivial dining table for six
- A 25 m² terrace
- A separate, fully-equipped kitchen with a round table: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, steam oven, induction hob, toaster, kettle, Nespresso Vertuo machine and all the necessary equipment and utensils. A kit containing coffee capsules, tea bags, sugar, salt, pepper and olive oil will be available on site.
- A master bedroom with Queen-size bed (160x200) and walk-in shower.
- A beautiful room with a large desk where you can work in peace and quiet.
- Separate WC with washing machine and tumble dryer.
On the 1st floor:
- A beautiful bedroom (bed 140x190) with a desk and a large dressing room.
- A large bedroom with a Queen-size bed (160x200), dressing room and private terrace
- Large bathroom with bathtub
- A terrace not overlooked, to enjoy the mild Bordeaux evenings
- Two private parking spaces located 50 m from the apartment.
Other remarks:
-4* quality sheets, towels and tea towels are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival.
-For added convenience: washing machine/dryer, ironing board and iron.
-Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure.
An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure.
To comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease).
To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
Without the signature of a contract in due form, we will unfortunately not be able to give you access to the accommodation.

A little history:
In the heart of Bordeaux's historic city center, a new district has just been built, comprising over a hundred residential units and a brand-new shopping center with some thirty retailers spread over an area of 18,000 m2.
Built on what was until recently known as the "ilot Cheverus", this new complex is accessible via rue Porte Dijeaux, where the former C&A store used to be (opposite Galeries Lafayette), but also from rue Sainte Catherine via rue Margaux, via the former impasse Sainte Catherine or via rue Guiraude and place Lemoine, where the terrace of La Taglietella restaurant is located.
The new complex was inaugurated in October 2015 and bears the evocative name "Promenade Sainte Catherine". A name with a strong identity that refers to the nearby Rue Sainte Catherine, which has the distinction of being Bordeaux's main shopping street, as well as being the largest pedestrian street in France. The new complex was designed by architects Denis Valode and Jean Pistre, and the property is managed by the Dutch company REDEVCO. Although it may come as a surprise, the newly-created shopping center is indeed a private space (the impasse Sainte Catherine having been declassified) and is therefore closed every night.
