Positive: I'll say it is 9/10 because it was clean, convenient location to shopping and food, and the host was friendly. However I was not given the apartment that was in the pictures. They said they were offering me an 'upgrade' and I said I wanted the place that I had booked. Didn't get that. It was clean, and not any more problems than that. I came to Surabaya to explore if I could find an apartment to live there, or information, and basically no one helped me with anything about it. It was why I booked this place since it seemed to be managed by an agency. I tried to ask if there were also monthly rentals available but they seemed mostly uninterested or maybe they were just busy, who knows.
