Positive: Like: 2 bathrooms (tho I wish the en-suite were more private - perhaps owner can add a curtain?), washing and kitchen are awesome, overall design is nice, balcony is very pleasant, TV projector is great for family movie watching.
Negative: Check-in: not great. We first had to wait for over 30 mins for the lady to show up (sure there was pre-communication but even tho it was before 7pm, staff was already getting off). The lady (tho very polite) who showed up couldn’t speak / understand English that well so we ended up having to figure out many things (like opening the front gate). Lift - it’s an older building. Do NOT take more than 3 ppl (regardless of weight)!! We got stuck on the first evening and the help call button did not go anywhere! We called the mgmt but no respond. We had one child and were really freaking out!! Luckily the lift started working slowly after we kept trying pressing another floor. We don’t know how but we got out. Not fun!! Parking - suppose there’s a spot in the underground car park but the entrance is so small that it can’t even be used without risking body damage! We ended up parking on the street (metered depending on luck). Location is not the closest to the action but can’t say it’s bad.
Summary: Mgmt could do a better job but unit is decent and clean.
