In July and August, reservations are only made for a minimum of 7 nights.
Pleasant house in spring and autumn but it reveals its splendor in summer with its swimming pool and its large garden of 2000 m2 in the countryside, quiet in a small hamlet!
The swimming pool is fenced with an approved gate for securing swimming pools, travertine terrace.
The Maison du Petit Breuil is close to Saintes, capital of Saintonge, the beaches of the Atlantic coast, 30 minutes from Royan, the Ile d'Oléron, 1 hour from La Rochelle and only 45 minutes from Cognac!
Ideally located for traveling through the 2 Charentes very easily and quickly!
