Positive: Very good value, as you really get the whole house to yourself. 2 bathrooms, two showers...very comfortable stay. Also, a quiet and safe neighborhood.
Negative: Well, nothing much, but more like suggestions. Backyard could use some privacy, maybe some bushes or trees. Also, grass there was kind of neglected. Kitchen vent is pointless if you don't connect it to the exhaust. No air conditioning, and I understand that weather there is not often that warm, but we did nail it @ 30C+ and for those days, it could be used.
