We propose to you to the rent, in Rouret, this charming stone farmhouse of a surface of 140 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 40 m², equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and a garden of about 500 m². We are waiting for you !
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A living room of 40 m² with TV, Wifi included and sofa.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... and a dining area. The kitchen communicates with a dining area / plancha in the garden on one side and a dining area under the arbour on the other.
- The ground floor is widely open on the garden on 3 sides (large bay window, farm door ...).
On the 1st floor :
- Bedroom 1 (spacious master suite): a double bed (140×190) and an adjoining shower room with shower and toilet.
- Separate toilet.
- A laundry room that can also be used as a small extra room (folding bed 1 place).
On the 2nd floor :
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) and a study area.
On the 3rd floor :

- A beautiful enclosed garden of about 500 m², facing South-West with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

Close to cities such as Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Juan les Pins, and tourist villages such as Tourette sur loup, Gourdon, St Paul de Vence, Valbonne, Biot... The township is located on hills preserved from massive urbanization, and enjoys a privileged situation in the heart of nature. Olive trees, cypresses and oaks dot the landscape. The ancient dry stone restanques, which bear witness to the commune's agricultural past, highlight the curves of the hillsides.
