Notre appartement en duplex d'une superficie de 76 m2 est situé rue Commandant Mages dans le quartier Longchamp au 3e étage avec ascenseur d'un immeuble récent. Le logement a été entièrement rénové avec de très belles prestations : belle hauteur sous plafond, parquet, menuiserie sur-mesure, terrasse. Le tramway est à 2 min à pied et le Vieux-Port de Marseille est à 15 min à pied.
Le logement se compose à l'entrée d'une belle pièce à vivre avec un beau salon bénéficiant d'une très belle luminosité grâce à la baie vitrée du salon. Une cuisine entièrement équipée ouverte sur la pièce à vivre. Espace buanderie pour l'entretien du linge. L'espace nuit, accessible par des escaliers, comprend 2 chambres avec 2 lits doubles. Une salle de bain avec douche et meuble vasque. WC séparé. La pièce à vivre et une chambre sont climatisés. Ventilateur dans le 2e chambre.
