Positive: The apartment is very nice and well appointed. It is spacious and has everything you need. The host is responsive and helpful. It was nice to have a washer, as well as many other amenities! The apartment is close to Vieux Port, the Panier neighborhood, the Fort Saint-Jean and a number of great restaurants.
Negative: Though the apartment is close to Vieux Port, the block the apartment is on is a bit loud and a little downtrodden. The garbage trucks come by very early in the morning, and the bins are directly across from the apartment, so it can be noisy.
