-During your stay, you will have access to the entire condo as well as the common spaces of the property. It is forbidden to smoke on the balcony, inside the condo or the property.
-We are asking you to let us know your estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to check in. The host will meet you onsite. Regular check in time is from 4 P.M to 9 P.M *Late check in fees applies (upon check in) for late arrival after regular check in time. No check in are allowed after midnight.
-We provide all the basics such as linens, pillows, towels, cookware and dishes. The travellers must do the laundry (towels) during the stay, wash the dishes and empty the garbage. Body soap, shampoo and other hygiene or cleaning supply are not provided.
-We are asking you to let us know your estimated time of departure at least 24 hours prior to check out. Check out time maximum 10 A.M. *Late check out fees applies for late departure after regular check out time. A late check out must be approved by the property's team before.
