Situated just a few steps from the ski resort and featuring a swimming pool, this 45 m² apartment can accommodate up to 7 guests, and has been modernized to guarantee optimum comfort. It is located on the 4th floor of a residence with elevator, and comprises a pleasant 15 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms...
The apartment is composed as follows:
On the first floor :
- A 15 m² living room with a cozy sitting area overlooking the mountain with TV, a double sofa bed (160x200)...
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, microwave oven, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with shower

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with 3 single beds (two can be joined to make a queen-size bed) and TV
- Bathroom with shower, WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, raclette machine, fondue machine, board games...
Outside :
- A heated residence swimming pool (10m x 5m) open during the winter and summer seasons (late December to mid-April and July-August), located in the building on the other side of the car park.
- A 4 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in Valmeinier, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Free shuttles every 10 minutes in winter and every hour in summer from Valmeinier village to the top of the resort (from 1500m to 1950m).
- Ski slopes 100m outside the residence, direct access from the ski locker.
