Summary: The location is ideal, the veranda is superb and add a lot. The place is confortable. The place is ...clean. The kitchen is well equipped. But the huge garden was not maintained at all (a member of the family came after a few days to cut the grass). The place is well decorated, but would be worth a general maintainance: the interior plants are half dead, the vacuum cleaner is totally inefficient, the shower upstair requires a renovation, the cranes are almost impossible to turn. We understand the owner lives in Portugal, so has probably difficulties to keep on eye on his property. It's OK, but far from perfect.
