Positive: We enjoyed the balcony which is almost as big as the room itself, and the location - perfect for our needs, in a quiet area, with everything you'd need nearby - a couple bakeries for breakfast, a few pizza and small restaurants nearby, a mini market just downstairs, and another bigger one nearby, and a parking garage just around the corner. Both the airport and the city center are 15min away by tram line #2 which has a station just in front of the building. Rudy, the owner, was very welcoming and prepared with lots of helpful suggestions of places to visit and things to do.
Negative: The bathroom might need a bit of work, but it's functional.
