In a huge park (to be shared with the owners and tenants of the small gîte) where you can stroll in peace and quiet, you will be located 5km from the fishing lake of Sainte-Foy-de-Peyrolières as well as Saint- Lys where you will find all the shops and services. This bright and well-equipped cottage also offers a private terrace and garden. The interior has been fitted out by the owners, with an original living room equipped with a bar separating the lounge area from the kitchen. The house is adjoining the old forge where Monique's family prepared their trotting horses. This property was in fact divided between the main house, the winery, the forge and an annex farm, and extended over more than 70 hectares. She has been in the Levrat family for over 70 years.
