Positive: Kitchen, privacy, and size of unit were all good. Landlord was friendly. Was close to our daily destinations by car.
Negative: Site wasn't ideal for walking. View or scenery was limited too. Cleanliness could be improved too.
Summary: It was a good place in terms of convenience - washer, kitchen, and proximity to places we wanted to.
