Tropical themed 4th-floor studio unit on the Gulf side of the road! There is a queen-size bed with a TV. The family room has a queen-size sofa sleeper & flat-screen TV. The bath has a garden tub and a stand-up shower. The kitchen comes complete with a refrigerator, 2 burners smooth top stove, dishwasher, and overhead convection oven. Our villas have an open floor plan with plenty of room for up to 4. Private balcony with furniture. We provide a daily linen exchange upon request.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We all pay cleaning fees yet the room smelled so bad it was overwhelming mildew/moldy smell. We had to get lysol and reported the patio door that would not lock. They never came to even look at the door. Later we found someone's dirty underwear and a jacket under the bed. So Id at least really like my $75 cleaning fee back!!
