The last day that pools will be open will be Labor Day Monday, September 4. There will be no Night Swim that night.
The Rental Shack will be open Labor Day weekend then will switch to weekends (Saturday & Sunday) only until October 15.

Getting Around:
Walk, bike, car.
We strongly recommend that you travel in an AWD/4WD vehicle as we are located in the mountains and roads tend to be sloped and can get very icy.
Other Things to Note:
Guests are required to register with Arrowhead Lake Community and pay the transaction, gate card, and temporary membership fees. Wander Home will process the registration and all payments will be requested through the booking platform. Fees are as follows:
Transaction Fee (per rental) - $35
Gate Card Fee (per vehicle) - $20
Temporary Membership Fee (aged 6 and older) - $6 per day
NOTE: The Administration/Transaction Fee is non-refundable regardless of a cancelled rental registration. Temporary Membership fees and Vehicle Gate Card fees are only refundable if the request to cancel the rental registration with ALCA is received not less than three (3) days prior to arrival. These fees are charged separately as the platform do not have a way to calculate the fees based on the number of guests that are 6 years and older or the number of vehicles.

Pools are closed as of Sept 4, 2023. Rental shack is available every weekend and will be closed for the season starting Oct 15.
Please note, these are not our fees as the hosts, but fees the community requires all guests to pay to cover the costs associated with operating and maintaining all the great amenities and facilities at Arrowhead.
Wander Home requires that all guests have their AirBnB profile 100% verified. Please upload government issued ID and payment method in your account settings, as well as sending us a photo of your ID.
NOTE: We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: Family Dollar, Ahart's Market and CVS

We have 3 security cameras on site. There is 1 Ring doorbell camera on the main entry door, as well as 2 cameras on the garage, 1 overlooking the driveway and the other overlooking the backyard.

Interaction with Guests:
We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You and your party will be able to self check-in upon arrival.
Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
