NOTES: Both the driveway and the walkway to the dock and pool are steep. Please be mindful and careful! There are many steps from the roadside parking to the house and from the house to the dock. Be prepared to get your steps in if you plan to go to down to the dock!
There are no boats, paddle boards, kayaks, etc available for use. You must bring your own. You may park your boat at the dock but the LIFT is not for guest use.

• the fireplaces do not work and are only for decoration -fire marshall instructions
• no pets allowed without prior owner approval

• the driveway is steep and there is parking for only two cars in the carport at the bottom of the driveway and parking for additional cars at the top of the driveway. If the driveway is snowy or icy, the driveway may not be usable (this is a rare occasion), but there is room to park at the top of the driveway and walk down.
