Positive: We were looking for a quite place on a Polish Baltic seaside, with enough space and privacy. Lavender House pictures and reviews looked almost as a perfect option. The garden is fantastic and well kept, with own fruit trees, well designed fire-place and enough space for all guests. The personnel (an old couple living nearby) was very pleasant. The room was big enough, but...
Negative: Although we booked for a longer period and there was almost no other guest in the house, the room we've got was the worst equipped room in the accommodation. There is only one picture of this room room on booking, and there is absolutely not enough adequate space for your belonging neither in the bathroom, nor in the kitchen. We had all our things laying down on the floor or hanging on the doors, chairs etc., which made the room look like a mess. We ask the hosts to change the room, but all we've got was a simple clothes hanger. Also keep in mind, that you will need a car or a bicycle to get to the beach or restaurants, as walking is too long and the scenery not very picturesque. Was not a problem for us, but could be important for others.
