Laurel View Cottage is a great little vacation gem, tucked up in the Royal Pines neighborhood, and literally right outside downtown Asheville on the southside. This nice little 3 bedroom cottage affords mountain privacy, a virtual wrap-a-round deck, amazing views of the mountains, and hot tub while being close to everything Asheville, and a plethora of outdoor activities. Laurel View Cottage is destined to become a sought-after vacation destination, and is quickly becoming one of the most requested.

You have 3 levels to the home, with 2 separate Great Rooms for "spreading out" if needed, or to spend time sharing stories of your Asheville adventures. Fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals & dining table to gather to break bread. Contemporary furnishings create a relaxing atmosphere throughout the cottage.
The home offers a plethora of outdoor spaces to truly take in the spectacle of the Blue Ridge Mountains, unwind, and truly relax. Guests can sit for hours & just breath in the serenity & the views, or soak in the hot tub and feel your cares slip away.
Kids & adults love getting out in and around the neighborhood community surrounding all of Laurel View Cottage & explore the other outdoor areas provided nearby as well. The decks are just off the Kitchen/Great Room, and afford additional outdoor space to relax & unwind. While everyone enjoys the home and community amenities, you can also simply pull up a chair and take in the view, (the views, nature, & tranquility are spectacular!!), observe the night as it fills with stars, and watch the fire flies come out to play in your backyard. Or, toast some s'mores and share stories, well into the star-filled nights.
