Its the perfect home to gather, plan adventures from, or make the quick jump into downtown Moab from. Maintained with love and care, Casa Violet is clean and comfortable. if you would like, the housekeeper will even stock the home with your grocery list before you arrive (cost not included in rental). Casa Violet is a beautiful home decorated with a southwest motif, in all the rich colors of the desert. New furnishings, stainless steel appliances, and temper-pedic mattresses on all the beds. The kitchen is stocked to the pleasure and utility of the most gourmet of cooks. Casa Violet offers: Three bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths (all on one level), full-sized washer/dryer, cable TV/Wi FI, fully stocked kitchen, patio grill, board games, ping/pong table, and an oversized two-car garage for your toys. There is additional parking for toy-haulers in the driveway or along the street. Plus, simple in and out of the neighborhood for large vehicles and trailers. There is a fenced yard with privacy. Multiple patios, including one just off the kitchen with a patio set and BBQ Grill. The swimming pool and hot tub are a short walk from the home. Located at the south end of town, Casa Violet is just north of the Grand County Fairgrounds - where staging for most large events in Moab takes place. Away from the bustle of Main Street, but just minutes away, with simple access to all of the surrounding National and State Parks. Casa Violet has a local concierge who not only handles the cleaning and care of the property, but also offers services such as grocery shopping and babysitting should the grown-ups need a night out (or a day to play). You'll be contacted by phone, email or text to ensure your stay at Casa Violet surpasses your expectations. My apologies, but pets are not allowed, nor is smoking inside the home.
