Choice of Sunbathing on either balcony, by the pools or private beach. In season, two Cabaña bars open near pool or take a short beach stroll to other luxury resorts and three walk-up beach bars. Enjoy evenings stepping to the spacious 3rd front door balcony to gaze at sunsets off the bay bridge and miles of lit Padre Boulevard views all while trying to decide on a dinner venue below.
Access is straight off causeway, avoiding left traffic on arrival. Situated near islands best restaurants, recreation, entertainment and night life. Short walk to the visitors center, shopping and dining areas like Gabriella's, Tummies Bistro, Russo's, and Johnny Rockets.

The building exterior is freshly renovated and grounds green and well cared for. The two bedroom, two bath condo has a living room, kitchen, breakfast nook and three balconies. The master has a king size bed, specialty bath tile and floor to ceiling window views from the sitting area. Each bedroom has flat screen TVs and memory foam mattress while the center entertainment center has popular novels, games and DVDs. There are two queen beds in the guest room and a private step out balcony with floor to ceiling window views and specialty tile shower. The living room has a sofa sleeper, flat screen TV, and games.
