Latitude Adjustment, located on the white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast, is a 5BR/ 4BA luxury vacation rental that can comfortably sleep 16 guests. The house features an upscale living room, granite countertops in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and hardwood floors throughout the second and third floor. Enjoy amazing views from the three Gulf-front balconies and relax in the Gulf-front splash pool (8.5 x 6) on the patio.
The first floor features a bunk room with three bunk beds (2 twin-over-twin and 1 twin-over-full), a flat-screen TV and Xbox console. The second bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, private bath, minibar and private Gulf-front balcony with a heated pool.
The living area is on the second floor. Enjoy preparing meals in a beautiful modern kitchen. The dining area can accommodate eight guests at the table and two more at the bar. The living room is furnished with a sleeper sofa and flat screen TV and has access to a Gulf-front balcony with a table for al fresco dining. A bedroom with a queen-size bed, TV and guest bathroom with shower is also located on this floor.
The master bedroom, located on the third floor, has a king bed, private Gulf-front balcony and a private bathroom. There is another bedroom with a queen-size bed and private bathroom also located on this floor. This home has an elevator. Please inquire about use when booking.
The water sports and outdoor activities wear you out head on over to the Silver Sands premium outlet mall where you will find 120 designer outlets and 10 restaurant options (just 2 minutes from the heart of Frangista Beach!) In addition to the restaurants found at the outlet mall you will find countless dining and shopping options within a 10-mile radius of your community including two beach front options within walking distance (the Whales Tail and Pompano Joes) If you are looking for a bit of nightlife head on over to the village at Baytown wharf; here you will find numerous night spots, upscale dining, zip lines and lots of fun!

Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles depending on size (including any rented golf carts). Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood but is available off site. $100 daily fines will be issued to guests by HOA if more than 4 vehicles at the rental. RV's and Trailers cannot be parked at the home per HOA restrictions.
