Positive: The location was within walking distance to the beach and town. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking items. The shower had amazing water pressure. The master bed had a fantastic mattress.
Negative: The lower level smelled moldy. There was a humidifier plugged in and continuously running. There were ants all throughout the house. They were in the kitchen, dining room, living room and downstairs bathroom. An employee of the rental company brought us ant traps. It would be great if there was a gate or some partition in the back area so the dogs could be more secured.
Summary: A decent spot, but needs improvements.
