The Latitude 29 HOA implemented a parking fee beginning January 1. A parking fee of $50 will be added to all bookings. On June 23 the parking policy was amended. ONLY ONE VEHICLE IS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY PER UNIT. ANY UNAUTHORIZED VEHICLE WILL BE TOWED AT THE GUEST’S EXPENSE.
This parking level unit #18 is located directly on the Gulf, providing you with all the comforts of home with flat screen televisions and cable internet. A one bedroom, two bath unit features a king sized master bed along with bunk beds.
A furnished kitchen with granite counter top and bar is awaiting you to prepare your snacks or gourmet meals.
