This walk-in one bedroom condo is located in Fall Creek Resort. Enjoy the comforts of home including Wifi, Cable TV and video library... relax on the back deck while watching the squirrels and other nuts(just kidding!) play golf! Condo features a king size bed along with sleeper sofa. This 1 br/1 bath condo can comfortably sleeps 2-4. It is furnished with everything you need for your 'home away from home. This unit NO longer include access to any amenities including swimming pool, game room or mini golf.) We apologize for any inconvenience. **Up to ONE small dog (25 lbs or less) are allowed with a $75 NON REFUNDABLE pet fee (fee should show up as a separate charge on your invoice). Please be aware- if dog is barking and disturbing neighbors they may call the Condo Association. If this happens, you will be require you to leave the unit. We have no control over this and will not provide any refunds due to disturbance of neighbors or other COA violations. We do require all pets be current on immunizations and flea/tick treatments. Please do not allow pets on furniture or bedding. ****Please indicate you are traveling with pets when making the reservation. Fee should show up on invoice.**** Need more room to bring the kids and family? We also a 2 bedroom units Vrbo 1070686 plus another 1 bedroom unit VRBO 2083864. If you need more units, we are part of a network of owners in the Branson area who work together to accommodate our guest. Let us know what you need and we can probably work it out! :) We've put our heart into decorating and furnishing our rentals. My husband and I have spent 20+ years on the road staying in hotels/motels. We know what it's like to stay in good places and not so good places. Everything we have done to our units is what we would stay in. New mattresses, comfortable sheets, nice fluffy towels, large tv and a kitchen that has what you need to list a few. Condo is located within a few miles of Table Rock Lake and Lake Taneycomo, providing some of the best trout fishing in the state of Missouri. A short drive takes you to the State Park Marina on Table Rock Lake with offers jet skis, boat rental, scuba diving, guided fishing trips, and water skiing. Silver Dollar City, White Water and many golf courses are nearby. Two-and-a-half miles from the Branson 'strip' (highway 76) and five minutes from Table Rock Lake and Table Rock Dam. Fifteen minutes to Silver Dollar City, and just minutes to all other major Branson attractions, restaurants, shows, shops and more.
