The kitchen is an entertainer's dream come true. It boasts beautiful granite countertops and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, providing everything necessary to create a delicious meal. The breakfast bar has seating for two and a separate dining table with seating for up to six, allowing plenty of space to entertain family and friends.
The living room is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day. It has plenty of comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and access to a private balcony. Step out onto the balcony and you will be immersed in a beautiful view of Pensacola Beach, with breathtaking views of the emerald green waters from sunrise to sunset. The private balcony stretches wide and features lounge seating to enjoy the beautiful view.

On the main level, there are three bathrooms and three bedrooms, featuring 1 king-size bed and queen-size beds in the other two. All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs and full bathrooms.
