An awesome screen enclosed porch area to dine at night or drink your morning coffee, with a tropical landscaped large backyard and privacy hedges between you and the community pool. The patio area has a large shade for privacy and also for the sun. A nice grill to barbecue and kick back after a day at the beach just relaxing.
A half bath downstairs and upstairs the Master suite with en-suite bath and a king bed, TV, bureau dresser and desk, with a view to the balcony. The 2nd Master bedroom has a Queen bed & a large TV & also an en-suite bath, sitting area to watch tv and a balcony.The other desk is downstairs if you need to work from home. The living room has a large comfy sleeper couch, lazy boy chair, and a huge big-screen TV. .The 2nd floor has extra room on inside balcony and can sleep an extra person in a twin bed. Set up as a day bed. There is a 1 car garage and an outside parking place is available. Extra parking at the pool area.
It's close to the beach, Historical Flagler Ave and Canal Street where 30 Ft tall Palm trees line the street, combined with unique shops, bakeries, eateries, restaurants, antique shops, and special fun events. The town house has a second floor and is off of N Causeway close to Outriggers, and the mariner to if you have a boat or want to rent one. The river is1 minute away and the bait shop as well..
Walk for a coffee in the am to Great Island Roasters, or The wake Up Cafe,
lunch on the river at Outriggers or Merks, or cocktails. It's all a short walk.

Daytona Beach noted for the Daytona 500 is 20 mins away and St Augustine is 60 mins away and has one of the first Marineland where you still can interact with the dolphins. Orlando also offers the NBA if you want to catch a game.
The closest airports are Daytona Beach 20 minutes away, New Smyrna has a smaller airport with flights to the Caribbean, Sanford Orlando has charter flights into smaller airports with Allegiant Airlines 45 minutes away and Orlando International Airport.
