Welcome to Ocean Sands, right on Madeira Beach! This beautiful condo is the perfect place to escape for much needed rest and relaxation- all while being close to everything you could dream of. This two bedroom, two full bathroom condo is tastefully decorated throughout, overlooking our tropical paradise known as Madeira Beach. The condo is comfortably furnished and completely equipped for a wonderful get-away with all the necessities of home. The condo features a private balcony with direct beachfront views for you to kick your feet up and soak in the warm sun while enjoying the calm Gulf breezes. Of course there is a large fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room, and living room with plenty of space for entertaining guest or for the kids to sprawl out in. The master bedroom features a king bed, TV, walk in closet, private attached bathroom, and direct balcony access. Did we mention it has beachfront views that can be enjoyed even in bed?! The master bathroom features a tub/shower combo for soaking the day away, and a double vanity sink for extra space. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed, plus it's own TV. The guest bathroom features an updated walk in shower, and is close to the guest bedroom for convenience. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for extra guests also. The completely furnished unit also includes dishwasher, washer and dryer, three TVs, ceiling fans in every room, and very generous closet space, and of course, free WIFI throughout. Property Amenities: * Huge pool and large patio area with chairs, restrooms, showers, and a hot tub. * Gorgeous beach and crystal clear waters right out back! * Restaurants, bars, grocery store, liquor store, and café’s within short walking distance. * Beachfront private Tiki bar. * Many golf courses nearby. * Marina - boat docks with slips and fishing areas nearby. * Bike paths. * Fishing right from the beach and on the intercoastal which is also walking distance away. Madeira Beach has excellent shopping and dining; specialty shops, outlet malls, and many outstanding restaurants to choose from. Great fishing, golfing, and water sports throughout the area. Orlando Airport, Disney World, Universal Studios, and other attractions are only 90 minutes away. Tampa is also 30 minutes away for additional fine dining, shopping, fine arts theater, and airport. John’s Pass, ten minutes away, is a fun area on the water with activities for the kids and libations for the adults, and everything is within a few blocks- great restaurants, sports bar, upscale shopping, groceries, and the post office.
