Welcome to Four Seasons Lake house in the heart of the White Mountains with the main home and also a separte cottage on 259 ft of private waterfront and a dock to accommodate any lake boat (must bring your own boat), we do supply canoe and kayak. There is also access to snowmobile trails right from house, or even rent a snowmobile right up the road right from the home, trails right off the the lake. Ice fishing is another fun thing to do on the lake.. This home is situated on a meticulously landscaped 1.2 acre lot off a paved road, this is the perfect large lakefront compound for anyone that loves 4 seasons of lakes, boating, mountains, skiing, snowmobiling and ice fishing in the North Conway area. The main house hosts 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a large eat-in kitchen with granite countertops and premium appliances, dining room, breakfast nook, game room and living room with lake views, and a heated front walk. Beautiful wood floors and crown molding, with tile in the laundry and mudroom. The lower level walkout features a large game-media area with wet bar, and 2 full size rooms that are perfect for quiet time, exercise or a home office. The cottage is approx. 1500 sq including the finished walkout. The well-appointed cottage finishes complement this 4-season guest house with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a screen porch.
