Positive: A great place to stay for a family. The area was nice and had a few dining and shopping options. The house was very clean and well cared for. The surrounding area was peaceful. The hosts do a great job providing information. It was about 40 min driving to either Mt Aso or Kumamoto. Overall a great stay in a scenic part of Japan.
