Beautiful Place in a Perfect Location!!
First Floor condo with direct views of the bay, pool and the gulf!! Naples Florida is considered by many as the crown jewel of Southwest Florida. Located on the pristine beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, Naples offers visitors sun-drenched days, miles of white sandy beaches and amazing sunsets. Entertainment, restaurants, and shopping options will surely please you. This first floor condo sits on the bay waters of the Gulf of Mexico and is just a short walk across the street on a private wooden walk path to beautiful Vanderbilt Beach.
The Living and Dining area is opened and airy with hard wood floors. The Master Suite is large with king sized bed and private slider door access to the lanai with amazing water views. The Master Bath has double sinks, shower and soaking tub. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds. This 3 bedroom 2 full bath condo sleeps 6. A fully equipped kitchen with dinette area, TVs with cable in Living room and Master bedroom, internet access, screened in lanai with table and chairs overlooking the bay waters. The swimming pool and pool side Jacuzzi completes all of the amenities this condo offers to make your vacation very comfortable and memorable.
Fishing can be done off the dock in the bay waters, just steps away from the pool area. Gas grills are located pool side so guests may grill their favorite “catch” of the day. Many dolphins and manatees can be observed playing in the bay waters as well! Guests will also enjoy a parking spot located in the covered street level garage. The property’s grounds are well maintained with lush tropical gardens and palm trees.
THERE ARE ASSOCIATION FORMS THAT MUST BE COMPLETED AFTER BOOKING FOR PARKING PASSES. YOU WILL HAVE TWO OPTIONS FOR THE DAMAGE SECURITY.
