Summary: We had a really great time at this house. It was a nice house with a nice, clean, and cold pool. The location was also very conveniently located to restaurants and stores. We had 4 families stay in this house comfortably. The pool table and poker tables were really fun for everyone. One of the main drawbacks was the poor communication. We contacted the property mgmt twice and one of the times they never replied. The key pad to the front door was reset the night before we were to check-out and they didn’t respond right away. It was June, and we were stuck outside for about 30 minutes constantly ringing the bell at 10:30 pm. We kept ringing the doorbell so that the prop manager would get alerted and would hopefully answer. We tried messaging through VRBO, then had to contact the VRBO customer service. They were also trying to reach someone and were unsuccessful. The property manager finally saw the doorbell alerts and spoke to us through the ring doorbell. He was very apologetic and said that had never happened before. Overall just poor communication. The master bedroom had small bugs that looked like roaches. I went to Walmart and put roach motels all under the bed and in the master bathroom. There were a few of these bugs in the living room but nothing like the master bedroom.
