Positive: This private honey has the potential of being a fantastic place for a large group. The salt water pool is fantastic and the pool area is lush with plants and perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The views from the pool area and the king size bed upstairs were amazing. The hosts were friendly and met us at the property to do a walk through and give us the keys to the property. There was a pretty bad storm one night we were there which caused one of the patio umbrellas to flip over and tear but we reported to the host the next morning and there were no issues. We also had an issue with the electronic gate entering to the parking area of the property and the hosts addressed it very quickly. Kitchen was well equipped and even had a nespresso machine with a nice pod selection which we appreciated.
Negative: There property only has 2 bathrooms. One for the down stairs unit and one in the upstairs unit which was a little inconvenient for our large group. The fans were also pretty dusty which can aggravate those with allergies. My suggestion would be to dust prior to a guest arriving as the property is on the hill which means it can get dusty quickly. Exhaust fans in the bathroom over actual ceiling fans would also be a plus.updating the bedding would also be a plus. The twin size beds in the downstairs unit were pretty small even for a standard twin I felt but we were only there 2 nights so that was fine. The rooms could use some damp rid or something to remove excess moisture smell from the downstairs bedroom next to the laundry room.
Summary: Perfect house on the hill for a short stay.
