A LOVELY HOME AWAY FROM HOME
Welcome to TWILIGHT RIDGE, our 4 BR, 3 BA, two-story, family friendly home in the peaceful and gated Las Sendas community. Recent upgrades have transformed our home into an appealing vacation retreat with comfortable furnishings and resort amenities.
DETAILS THAT DELIVER
The great room features furnishings arranged to view the large smart TV. The fireplace is for decoration only. Guests can enjoy enticing views of and access to the backyard oasis from the great room. Our well-appointed home also has a ground floor game room with shuffleboard for indoor fun and friendly competition. Internet is provided.
The fully stocked and modern kitchen has a breakfast nook with table seating and window views of the backyard paradise. An island provides additional seating and offers the space you need to prepare and serve a feast. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are supplied. Highchairs are available to rent.
A completely stocked laundry room will help you keep your wardrobe ready for the next adventure. Detergent is supplied. The garage has space for 2 vehicles and your clubs or other recreational gear. There are 2 additional parking spaces in the driveway.
BEDS, BATHS & BEYOND
ALL bedrooms have smart TVs for streaming and ceiling fans. The bedroom floorpan is split. Three bedrooms, including the primary suite and two bathrooms, are upstairs.
The upstairs primary suite features a king bed, TV, a walk-in closet and an ensuite bath. There is also a private balcony with engaging city and mountain views. The remodeled primary bath features a divine garden tub, dual vanity sinks and a beautiful walk-in shower. There is an alcove off the primary suite with storage space and a bunk bed that has a full size bed on the bottom and a twin on top. This may be ideal for guests with small children.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 are upstairs. Bedroom 2 has a king bed; Bedroom 3 has 2 full beds. These bedrooms share Bathroom 2 with a walk-in shower. Pack 'N Plays are available to rent.
The 4th bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a king bed and smart TV for streaming. Bathroom 3 has a tub-shower combo and is shared by Bedroom 4 and visitors.
AN OUTDOOR OASIS
At the back of the home is a resort-style backyard that features an expansive covered patio for both relaxing and dining, a private pool with optional heat and a fun slide, an inground hot tub and appealing city and mountain views. A built-in propane grill will please the outdoor chef. An outdoor gas fire pit is a lovely gathering area to plan or celebrate your vacation adventures while enjoying the view. The yard is large and secluded with a grassy area for outdoor activities. Behind the yard is an undeveloped corridor that offers the chance to observe wildlife moving through the desert habitat. Bring your binoculars, cameras and field guides!
IDEAL LOCATION
Las Sendas is one of the most premier communities in the country! Amenities include heated and unheated pools, basketball and volleyball courts, parks, baseball and soccer fields, hiking and biking trails and a community Fitness Club with Spa Services (for a fee). The area is a GOLFER'S PARADISE: there are 8 courses within 10 miles including the Las Sendas Golf Course, one of the TOP TEN places to play in the USA.
The home and community amenities are so impressive that guests may elect to stay at the home or within the community and enjoy every remarkable moment. For those who long to explore Mesa and beyond, the neighborhood is conveniently located to enjoy a variety of recreational and cultural experiences. Minutes away are hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding trails, water recreation, Chicago Cubs spring training, museums, shopping and fine dining.
Favorite local destinations include Usery Mountain Regional Park, Tempe Town Lake, Old Town Scottsdale, Gilbert's Riparian Preserve and five star Riverview Park. Wildlife enthusiasts will find impressive landscapes to observe and photograph animals in their natural habitats. Binoculars, cameras and field guides are essential!

RESERVATION NOTES
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.
We are family friendly; any exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of the reservation.
The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.
Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 8 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of eight (8).
The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.
Daytime visitors to home may not exceed two (2) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.
Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. The owner lives nearby and monitors the property.
AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.
No pets are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.
Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.
All TVs are for streaming and not satellite or cable serviced.
The pool heating fee is $75.00 per day to heat the pool to 80º F.
Spa heating only with no pool heating is $25 per day, October through April.
Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
This home does not rent for more than 31 nights under any circumstances.
