Our Beautiful Condo in PHASE II on the 8TH FLOOR in the CABRILLO Building. It is 1630 sq ft with (3) large glass Arcadia sliding doors to our 445 sq ft furnished Balcony. We have a large 'GREAT' room with full view of the pool area and SEA of CORTEZ .
SLEEPS 6 COMFORTABLY..
2 bedroom 2 bath sleeps 6 (7th allowed for a fee, kids under 2 not counted) Modern Luxury in Phase II 8th floor Professionally Managed by Las Palomas! Both beds have a comfortable pillow top beds.
Our sofa pulls out to a full size bed and has a comfortable cushion.
BALCONY--We have added two Beautiful and Comfortable Chaise Lounges where you can read and take naps in our shaded Balcony which is shade most of the day.
KITCHEN---Our Kitchen has everything you can think of that you would find in your kitchen.
We have for your enjoyment 3 T.V,s 2 in both Bedrooms that have DVD's A 42' in the Living Room with a DVD recorder.
EXTRAS FOR OUR GUEST TO ENJOY
We have just added a lot of extras for our guests to enjoy. We know it is hard to remember everything or is just to hard to bring everything. So we have a locked guest closet that is located at the entrance of condo. This closet includes
Extras in kitchen for all your entertaining needs: Brand new pots and pans, BBQ tools, ice bucket, wine cooler, martini shakers, serving trays and plates, etc etc etc
-extra blankets, sheets, pillows, dishtowel etc.
We just installed WIFI for the Condo.....so bring your computer.
We installed a HOTEL SAFE easy to use........just put you 4 to 6 digit code to open and close.
NO PETS NON SMOKING CONDO must be 25 or older to rent check out our condo.
