This rental pool condominium offers an amazing view to the pool area into the Sea of Cortez. It is located on the 4th floor of the Topaz Building - Ocean View. The unit is fully furnished and also a new comfortable sofa bed. The kitchen offers all utensils needed. Electronic includes 50" Flat Screen TV in living room and a 43" Flat Screen & DVD Player in Bedroom. WiFi - Las Palomas offers the fastest und most reliable fiber optic internet on Sandy Beach. Free phone calls to USA and CAN by simply plug in the analog phone in the bedroom into the router. This unit is providing a 'WALL SAFE', for your convenience with an easy to use locking system!
Once checked in, your on-site experience is controlled by the resort operator, reachable at the front desk or by dialing "0" from the condo phone. This service is available 24/7 for you. Please note like in all the Hotels in the USA, daily housekeeping is available UPON REQUEST by contacting the front desk.
Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort is situated in the exclusive Sandy Beach area of Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point), which is a vacation destination set against the Sea of Cortez - known as the Gulf of California with clear, deep blue waters.
Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort is the largest master planned resort in Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point) It offers an abundance of activities for everyone including Golf at the Links, SPA complete with skin treatments and massages, a series of Pools, Hot Tubs and Lazy Rivers w/Rafts, El Citron and La Maria Fine Cuisine Restaurant and a Coffee Shop were they serve specialty coffees plus drinks and soft drinks also ice cream and pastries , Bars, Swim-Up-Bars, Lounge Chairs with optional face shields and Palapas on the Beach. Also available is an fully equipped Exercise Room in Phase I and BBQ's throughout.
This unit is in rental pool. Only guests with wristbands will have all Resort amenities.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Reservation Policy:
- At the time of reservation 100% Deposit of entire stay.
- Reservation holder must be over 25 to stay at the resort.
- No changes allowed within 10 days of arrival date.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation more than 11 days prior to scheduled arrival date
full amount minus Cancellation Fee.
- Cancellation within 15 days of arrival NO Refund.
- No Refunds for no shows or early departures.
- No refunds in case of eviction ZERO tolerance policy.
- No refund for holidays.
- All cancellations or changes must be made via e-mail to owner.
Smoking Policy:
Note: All rental units at Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort a nonsmoking so everyone can enjoy fresh clean air during their stay. If signs of smoking are found a $150 cleaning fee will be charged and additional charges if damage found.

- Check-In: 4.00pm.
- Check-Out: 11.00am.
- Latest Check-Out permitted will be at Noon but prior authorization needed.
- In case of extending your stay - please contact owner by text message or visit the Front Desk.
WARNING: If you find something less for the same type of unit, i.e 1BR OF vs. 1BR OF, please be aware that you might be renting from a so called 'rogue' renter which is not permitted at the resort. Please report to Las Palomas Mgmt. or owner.
The resort sets the rates for all rental pool owners. The 'rogue' renters discount their rates, but if you are caught, you will be asked to either pay the full rate or you will be evicted. So, if you find something for less, ask the owner if he/she is in the rental pool. We suggest that you verify it by calling the resort at 866.360.2324, and be sure to have the unit name and number before calling.
